Growing up in a family business gave Vicki an advantageous understanding of the issues that many small businesses face. Vicki has drawn on this knowledge throughout her almost 30-year career as a Chartered Accountant, supporting business operators to achieve their financial goals.

Adopting a hands-on approach with her clients, Vicki has developed a reputation for her commitment to fully understanding a client’s business and their needs, to provide personalised services and advice in the areas of taxation compliance, business structuring and tax planning. A focus on details ensures she is able to support her clients to achieve outcomes aligned with their goals and maximum potential.

Vicki works with a range of clients in a diverse number of industries, both locally and overseas. This includes medical professionals and people working in transportation, property development, building and construction.

Vicki is proficient in a number of accounting packages, including Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, and has assisted clients to set up and train staff to use these and other systems.

Vicki joined the Harding Martin team in 2005 as a senior accountant and quickly became a Client Manager. In 2013 she was appointed as a Director the company.

Vicki said Harding Martin greatly values the relationships it has with staff and clients.
